Rocket puts together fabulous breakfast trays including our chocolate, almond, caramel pear and plain croissant, scones-of-the-day, cinnamon buns and sliced loaf of the day.   $2.25 per piece

Morning Granola

We also make our own Chia Bia Granola using chia seeds, Newfoundland wild blueberry powder (a powerful anti-oxidant) as well as pecans, walnuts, oats, flaxseed and sunflower seeds, amongst other things!  We serve it with fruit salad and yoghurt @ $8.95 per person and it’s delicious!

Fresh Fruit Tray

Fresh seasonal fruit is a wonderful addition to any meal!  Rocket’s fruit tray can include red and green grapes, pineapple, sliced oranges, honeydew melon, cantaloupe and fresh berries, depending on availability.

Breakfast Burritos!

Our breakfast burritos are chock-full of scrabbled eggs, mixed cheeses, tomatoes and spinach and served with our homemade salsa!

Breakfast Croissant Sandwiches!

Fresh croissants enfold a fried egg and swiss cheese – delish!  $4.95

Rocket Coffee

We can also bring our terrific Rocket coffee to your office or home!  An urn serves approximately 12 x 10 oz cups ‘o joe!  $30.00 (includes milk, cream, cups, stir sticks and napkins)

We do many sandwich trays for our clients and base them on one or 1.5 sandwiches per person, depending on your crowd.  The sandwiches are $6.95 per person ($7.95 for roast chicken) and we make them on our own homemade bread including:

Fresh, seasonal vegetables paired with Rocket’s house made ranch dip makes for a colourful platter! $45.00 – serves approximately 12 – 18 people.

Cheese, Nut, & Dried Fruit Tray:

A variety of cheeses, Rocket’s spiced nuts, dried figs, dried apricots and an assortment of crackers makes this platter a grazer’s paradise! $120.00 and serves approximately 12 – 16 people.

Antipasto Platter

Cured Meats, Assorted Rocket Breads, Marinated Vegetables & Condiments. $65.00 and serves approximately 12 – 16 people.

Beverages

Rocket has a wide variety of beverages available, including: juice, pop, water, San Pellegrino (grapefruit, lemon, blood orange and orange), Jones sodas, Fentiman’s (Victorian Lemonada, Ginger Beer, Rose Lemonade, Curiosity Cola, Cherrytree Cola, Brewed Shandy, Mandarin and Seville Orange Jigger) and more!

We can also bring our terrific Rocket coffee to your office or home!  $30.00/ urn serves 10 to 12 people

Dessert options

Rocket Bakery’s sweet trays showcase our wide array of desserts including our cookies, nut clusters, brownies, layered squares, nougat bars and so on.  We can either price them specifically if you have dessert choices you know you want or we can put them together for you and charge an average price per piece of $2.25.  Again, we usually base the number of pieces at 1.5 pieces per person.
