No, you don’t -- registering for an account is optional! You can order online at any time as a guest and you can pay for your order vby Credit Card or Debit (via PayPal) at the time your order is placed. However, registering for an account is a great option for corporate clients who need to pay via cheque or e-transfer! These payment options are available to customers who are pre-approved by choosing the “Corporate Catering Client” account type when registering here.

Currently, our system only allows us to charge one delivery fee per order. To place an order for split delivery times, please place two separate orders with unique delivery times. If you have registered for an account on our website here, your billing and delivery information will be automatically saved and uploaded to your second order, to save you time!
Changes or cancellations must be received and confirmed by a Catering team member via email or phone. Please email us at catering@rocketfood.ca or call us at (709)738-2011. Our office hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm. Changes and cancellations can be made up to 24 hours prior to your delivery or pickup date & time. Orders canceled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged in full. Please note that large orders will require more notice for cancellation.

Absolutely! We offer pickup from our Water Street location during store opening hours. Just choose “Water Street Location Pickup” when you checkout. s
When you’re logged into your account, open in the Billing & Delivery Address tab and add a billing address but leave the Delivery section blank. This should allow orders to choose “Water Street Location Pickup” by default.
There could be a few things happening. Delivery is only available for next day orders or dates further in the future. Our catering office also observes statutory holidays and delivery is unavailable on those days. If you think a day is unavailable by mistake, please reach out to us and let us know so we can resolve any possible issues.
Our delivery times are offered in 30-minute time slots. If you require a specific delivery time, please indicate your request in the “Order Notes/Instructions” section and we will do our best to honour that.
