Check Out Our Fall Menu
Our menu reflects Rocket Bakery’s character: we’re classic with a twist! Take our much-loved traditional fish cakes, for example. They’re baked, not fried or dredged in flour so folks with dietary issues can enjoy ’em! Another favourite, our traditional Ham & Swiss sandwich, gets an “up-do” with the addition of our partridgeberry apple coulis! Our menu also reflects the diversity of our excellent community.

Fish Cakes
We’ve sold over 350,000 of these babies over the years! Our secret? There’s fish in ’em! 😉 Not only are they delicious but we bake ours rather than fry them and there’s no flour added to them … plus they’re lower sodium than most traditional fish cakes! Try them with our terrific, homemade tartar sauce!
Chicken Club Wrap
Building on our popular Rocket chicken sandwich, our chicken club wrap is a delicious blend of our home-roasted chicken, bacon, tomatoes, spinach, cheddar, home ranch dressing and roasted red peppers! Take it on a hike today!
Cowboy Cookies
Our Cowboy Cookies are a super popular baked concoction featuring oatmeal, chocolate chips, peanuts, coconut, corn flakes and raisins! Amazing with a cup ‘o tea! Tetley, of course!
Breakfast on a Biscuit
We have a Best Kind Breakfast Sandwich that truly satisfies! It’s available on either a butter croissant or on this delicious Cheddar + Green Onion Biscuit and layers together a fried egg, bacon, tomato, cheddar and spinach. Add a cup ‘o joe to complete the (sublime) picture!
Coffee
Fuel up with Rocket coffee! Our coffee is second to none in St. John’s! Come in for a medium or dark roast brewed coffee or for one of our fantastic espresso-based drinks! We also make homemade lemonade, sugar-free Crimsonberry Iced Tea, our own Cold Brew and more!
Tomato Basil Soup
Our homemade soups are another of our popular products. They are almost always *no flour added* and we always have a vegan soup choice on-the-go! Ask for our Cosmic Crackers (no flour added + vegan) on the side instead of a slice of our multigrain bread!
