Tangy Lemon Cake


This cheery lemon cake has a delicately-flavoured vanilla cake layered with lemon buttercream and our homemade lemon curd! Perfect for festive occasions!

Cake ingredients: flour, eggs, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil, vanilla, vanilla bean and lemon syrup!

Icing ingredients: sugar, butter, egg whites, salt, lemon zest and vanilla!

Lemon curd: eggs, sugar, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest and butter.

Please Note: To order any cake, we require order to be placed 24 hours in advance. For one of our sponge & chantilly cream slab cakes, 48 hours notice is required. The same timelines apply to cancellations. Also, orders placed after Friday at 5pm will processed on the following Monday.
