Tangy Lemon Cake


This cheery lemon cake has a delicately-flavoured vanilla cake layered with lemon buttercream and our homemade lemon curd! Perfect for festive occasions!

Cake ingredients: flour, eggs, sugar, baking powder, salt, oil, vanilla, vanilla bean and lemon syrup!

Icing ingredients: sugar, butter, egg whites, salt, lemon zest and vanilla!

Lemon curd: eggs, sugar, salt, lemon juice, lemon zest and butter.

Friendly Note! Orders must be placed with a minimum of 48 hours notice for both Large Cakes & for Slab Cakes! Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will not be processed until Monday morning at 9am!
