Rocket Room Rates for Your Event

The Rocket Room is available weekdays, evenings, weekends. Rates are quoted on a per rental basis. Please inquire.

The standard Rocket Room Rates are as follows:
  • $325 – 7:00am – 11:30 am
  • $325 – 12 noon – 5:00 pm  
  • $350 – 5:30 pm – 12 midnight ($75/hour after midnight)
  • $600 – 7:30am – 5:00pm
  • OR …. $75/hour plus tax within these time frames, if you only require a few hours (allowing for set up and strike time).  Minimum of two hours.  
We have 75 folding chairs and 10 6-foot tables with white linens available, which are included in the prices quoted above. We have speakers & 2 microphones available for rent to service the Rocket Room. If you required more tables and chairs, or any specialized A/V equipment, we would be happy to rent them on your behalf and add them to your final invoice. Please note that any event requiring bar/serving staff is subject to an additional charge. 
We are able to serve alcohol in the Rocket Room under rules governed by our liquor licence (we have a restaurant licence, and not a lounge licence). Those rules are:
  • Any and all alcohol served in the Rocket Room must be purchased under Rocket’s liquor license, and served by Rocket staff.
  • The event must be considered a closed guest list and cannot be open to the public.
  • There must be food served by Rocket at the event along with the alcohol; a minimum of $5.00 per meal, per person.

Rocket Room Rental Terms – The Fine Print!

  • Rocket Rates! A non-refundable deposit equivalent to 50% of the room rental or 25% of the estimated total, whichever is greater, is required for the booking of the Rocket Room. Final invoice to be issued the week before your event and balance must be paid in full before the event. Credit card required for booking and kept on file until final payment and as a guarantee last minute changes or addition and security for damages. 15% Gratuity & HST Extra. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • It’s All in the Details! Final details including but not limited to: number of guests, timeline for the day/evening, room setup, menu selection, etc must be provided 14 days prior to your event.
  • The Big 48! Cancellation of rental contract or planned event with less than 48 hours notice will require payment of full room rental and 50% of any food and beverage service ordered.
  • Dings and Scratches! In the event of any building or property damage, we have to pass the full cost of repairs on to you.
  • Smokeless Wonder! The Rocket Room is a non-smoking facility!
  • Picture Perfect! Please discuss all display needs with the management.
  • Booze News! If your function involves the serving of alcoholic beverages, please discuss this matter with the management.
  • Sound Stage! The Rocket Room is a downtown space, so some sound interference is inevitable and beyond our control (eg – George Street). Please discuss your requirements with us in detail.
